Good morning :) Today is a full moon 🌕️ Full moon: July 11th 5:37am
Buck Moon
So,Thunder Farm(Home regeneration cultivation) is the publication day (my own rules)
This time, my long-awaited okra has grown! It looks like it will bloom soon :)

The green onions and shiso plants we grow through regenerative cultivation are healthy and are harvested almost every day, and are delicious.
In the past, I have tried to regenerate cabbage and Chinese chives several times, but I have never been successful in growing them!
Because we have a lot of shiso in the harvest, we make a lot of shiso leaves pickled in soy sauce.
It's delicious to eat freshly cooked piping hot rice topped with perilla leaves soaked in soy sauce!
Simple rice is very easy to eat and very useful, especially on hot days :)
Serve the rice in vinegared vinegar, top with perilla leaves pickled in soy sauce, and add wasabi to taste!
When the hot weather continues, we tend to eat more somen noodles, cold soba noodles, and chilled Chinese noodles.
You'll also want to eat rice, right? In that case, we recommend having it with light vinegared rice.
Well! Rice is expensive, so eating noodles might be a good way to save money...
I hope the price of rice will return to a reasonable price soon!
