Golden Time: Sleeplessness Leads to a Connection with the Universe

The Door to Love and Harmony

Insomnia triggered my awareness of "wake-up time"

good morning.
What time do you wake up every morning?

I have suffered from insomnia for many years, waking up many times in the middle of the night. I tried various methods to improve my condition, but what I felt was most effective was not medicine, but meditation and sun worship (exposing myself to the morning sun).

This time, we will introduce you to a special time known as "golden time."

Is midnight actually the “golden time”?

When you hear the phrase "midnight," many people may have a somewhat ominous image in mind.
I used to be like that too: I'd wake up in the middle of the night, look at the clock and see it was 2 or 3 a.m., and when I could fall asleep again, I'd often have nightmares.

But one day I found out.
This "midnight hour" is the ideal "golden time" for making contact with the universe.

Since then, I have stopped feeling negative about not being able to sleep, and instead have started to use the time to focus on "meditation" and "introspection."

The silence of the night and the connection with the universe

The quiet hours before sunrise are less distracting from the outside world and are ideal for connecting with the universe and your higher self.

When you wake up, first thing you do is drink a glass of water, take a few deep breaths, and then meditate.
This is an important time to have a quiet dialogue with your soul.

Miraculously, my insomnia improved before I knew it, and I was able to spend each day feeling comfortable both physically and mentally.
I believe that the state of mind that one ultimately arrives at is one of gratitude.

The power and effects of sun worship (bathing in the morning sun)

"Solar energy" that is not affected by the weather

Sun worship means basking in the morning sun.
In fact, this is effective not only on sunny days, but also on rainy or cloudy days, because the energy of the sun reaches us through "invisible wavelengths."

For example, there are things like radio waves and X-rays that we cannot see but certainly exist.
The same is true with solar energy; you can receive it just by imagining it, even if you are indoors.

"Form is emptiness, emptiness is form" - Touching the truth of the universe

There are still many things that have not yet been scientifically explained about the photons and particles that rain down from space, but the Buddhist teaching that "form is emptiness, emptiness is form" fits well with them.

Matter and energy are two sides of the same coin, and as quantum mechanics advances, the day will come when science will be able to prove this.
I am truly amazed at the Buddha's foresight.

Japan is the "Land of the Rising Sun" - a sacred connection to the sun

Japan is the country where the sun rises earliest in the world.
The sun holds a special place in the hearts of Japanese people, and Japan has a deep connection with the sun goddess Amaterasu (the Sun Goddess). As the beautiful name "Land of the Rising Sun" indicates, Japan is deeply connected to the sun.

By worshiping the sun every morning, you can purify your mind and body and receive higher energy.

Taking in energy through the "Su" breathing technique of the Sun Worship

When worshiping the sun, chant "Amaterasu" in your mind.vinegarBreathe deeply through your nose, imagining that you are inhaling at the "nose" part.
It stores the absorbed energy in the abdomen and circulates it throughout the body, increasing vitality.

Being conscious of breathing slowly, deeply and deeply may lead to longevity.

Conclusion: What sleepless nights have taught me: "Dialogue with the Universe"

The seemingly negative experience of insomnia became a major turning point for me in realizing my "dialogue with the universe" and "connection with my soul."

Morning stillness, sun worship, breathing, and gratitude.
Incorporating these practices into your daily life will surely lead to a richer, more harmonious life.
